Payment will be taken at the time of booking and be made directly to Consumer Credit Compliance Limited.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Cheque, or we can take credit/debit card payment over the telephone (please note, there is a surcharge for credit card payments).

Booking and Payment
Payment will be taken at the time of booking and must be received before attendance at the training. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment, not receipt of booking form. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the contents, timings or venue of this event.
Cancellations & Non-Attendance
If you can no longer attend, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course are none refundable.
If you cancel within 14-30 days prior to the course you will be eligible for a 50% refund. If you notify us within 30 days or over, you will be eligible for a 75% refund. Should you not be able to attend, you may nominate a representative to attend on your behalf. Please advise us immediately if you wish to transfer your place.
Circumstances out of our control
Consumer Credit Compliance Limited does not accept any liability resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, transport disruptions, individual transport delays, fires, insurrection or riots, embargoes, interruption of power supplies, disruption to the supply of computer hardware or software, communication loss or failure, compliance with any applicable legislation or regulations of any civil or military authority.
If you have any additional needs, e.g. wheelchair access, large print, etc. please inform us as soon as possible.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the information provided will be used by Consumer Credit Compliance Limited for administrative purposes only and retained on a database.
